The international training and consultancy forum (ITCF) is an international organization established to organize and coordinate the training and consultancy activities through certain criteria that judge and control the quality and reliability of the training and consultancy ends/parties input to secure provision of credible information and data.
ITCF is designed to be largest training and consultancy information and data pool worldwide and considered the database and information network that facilitate the very fast communication among the said parties and to support them in creating and finding successful business opportunities and improve the training and consultancy services and making a huge hub the parties meet on.
Objectives:
ITCF website tries to assist all site visitors to get a clear idea and understanding about the service provided by ITCF, hence hereafter some frequently asked questions which are subject to increase as visitors questions increase.
1- What can I get from ITCF as training freelancer?
Training freelancer profile will be available on ITCF search engine for any customer (client or training services provider), also each registered approved trainer will get an ID code online with the possibility of getting printed ITCF membership card sealed with ITCF stamp with extra fees for original ID card and courier expenses
2- What is the difference between a free membership training freelancer and paid membership (premium) training freelancer?
Free membership training freelancer profile will be available on ITCF search engine to show whenever needed by any customer searches on the training freelancer’s specialty, the shown information will be everything the training freelancer entered during making his/her membership account except the contact information hence contacting the freelancer trainer will be through ITCF, while for paid membership all contact information will be shown up to customer who will contact the freelancer trainer directly
3- What can I get from ITCF as consultancy freelancer?
Consultancy freelancer profile will be available on ITCF search engine for any customer (client or consultancy services provider), also each registered approved consultant will get an ID code online with the possibility of getting printed ITCF membership card sealed with ITCF stamp with extra fees for courier
4- What is the difference between a free membership consultancy freelancer and paid membership (premium) consultancy freelancer?
Free membership consultancy freelancer profile will be available on ITCF search engine to show whenever needed by any customer searches on the consultancy freelancer’s specialty, the shown information will be everything the consultancy freelancer entered during making his/her membership account except the contact information hence contacting the freelancer consultant will be through ITCF, while for paid membership all contact entered information will be shown up to customer who will contact the freelancer consultant directly
5- What can I get from ITCF as training/consultancy services provider?
Training/consultancy services provider profile will be available on ITCF search engine for any customer (client), also paid membership will allow services providers to access to freelancers trainers and consultant upon area of concern i.e. training services provider with paid membership will be access to freelancers trainers, while consultancy services provider paid membership will be access to freelancers consultants, also each registered approved trainer will get an ID code online with possibility of getting printed ITCF membership certificate sealed with ITCF stamp with extra fees for original certificate and courier expenses
6- What is the difference between free membership services provider and paid membership (premium) services provider?
Free membership training/consultancy services provider is that profile will be available on ITCF search engine to show whenever needed by any customer searches on the training/consultancy services provider’s specialty, the shown information will be everything the training/consultancy services provider entered during making its membership account except the contact information hence contacting the services provider will be through ITCF, while for paid membership all contact information will be shown up to customer who will contact the services provider directly
7- What can training freelancer present rather than the training courses materials?
The trainer can present training materials and his/her lectures videos against agreed fees
8- What can training services provider present on ITCF website?
Training services provider can present its training courses list and yearly plan, for free membership it will be without any contact while for paid membership it will be with full entered contact information
9- What public visitor/individual client can gain from the ITCF?
The public visitor will sign up for an individual client for free membership individual client or paid membership for one, two or three years, the difference between free membership and paid membership is the accessibility to targeted freelancers or services providers contact information which will be available for paid membership and through ITCF for free membership individual client
Memberships Considerations:
To be able to surf our website sections, pages and search engines you have to sign up, once you have signed up you will get free membership and get membership code which never repeats taking into consideration that free membership will show your profile and experience excluding any sort of contacts (e-mail, telephones, internet links or any access to you) so that all deals will be through ITCF.

Freelancer trainer, freelancer consultant, training services provider, consultancy services provider or client, three choices are available one year membership, two year membership or three year membership, with decreasing membership fees for longer memberships, paid memberships will make your complete profile with all contact available for all ITCF website surfers which will increase probability of being access to searchers.
For all types of memberships including free membership your registration will be subject to ITCF council review, evaluation, and credence, hence upon the member information’s trustiness/truthfulness/credibility the membership will be approved or rejected, such evaluation undergoes the ITCF council criteria.
ITCF member evaluation criteria:
Freelancers:
1- Education certification proof which will be subject to check through the ITCF council specialized committees
2- Experience track and proof which will be subject to check by the ITCF council
3- Training record (awareness or accredited by any organization) will be subject to ITCF council verification when required for qualification and validation
4- All members should be legally free from any legal condemnation/conviction/sentence
5- If decided by the ITCF council, a specialized committee will carry out live/online communication with the person proposing for the membership to make an interview verifying his/her experience and knowledge
Services providers:
1- Legal/commercial registration proof which will be subject to check through the ITCF council specialized committees
2- Experience track and proof which will be subject to check by the ITCF council
3- Quality qualification and accreditation certificates will be subject to ITCF council specialized committees review and verification
4- If decided by the ITCF council, a specialized committee will carry out live/online communication with the services provider proposing for the membership to make an interview verifying its experience and professionalism
Clients:
1- Legal/commercial registration proof which will be subject to check through the ITCF council specialized committees
2- Products portfolio document will be subject to check by the ITCF council
3- Client standards and quality management system & accreditation certificates (if available and required by business requirements) will be subject to ITCF council specialized committees review and verification
4- Governmental corporates or any international recognized organization are only obliged to item (1) only

The ITCF has been established to:

1. Evaluate the preparedness & quality strength of the three training and consultancy parties i.e. freelancers, services providers and clients
2. Connect among the said parties
3. Present the profiles of the said parties to facilitate the communication among them
4. Avail the opportunity for the trainers to present their training courses materials and handouts and for the consultants to present their publishes as well
5. Avail the opportunity for the training services providers to present their course lists and outlines on the ITCF website
6. Avail the opportunity for the clients to be contacted by wide range of freelancers and services providers of training and consultancy fields
7. Support about sixty specialty and disciplines to deal with maximum number of markets business activities

ITCF offers the following available membership:

1. Free membership in the ITCF by signing up into our website, such membership will be subject to review, evaluation and verification of member data reality, validity, quality & reliability through ITCF council according standard ITCF criteria, such free membership is available for all parties (freelancer trainer, freelancer consultant, training services provider, consultancy services provider and clients as well, the membership will continue once the council approves it and will be terminated if not approved by council
2. Paid membership for all the above is available and is subject to ITCF council review, evaluation and verification of member data reality, validity, quality & reliability according standard ITCF criteria such free membership is available for all parties (freelancer trainer, freelancer consultant, training services provider, consultancy services provider and clients as well, the membership will continue once the council approves it and will be terminated if not approved by council, if any of the information and data provided by any of the party is not true the membership will be terminated and no fund return will be done
3. The paid memberships are available in three possible membership duration; one year, two years or three years
4. Each member will get a membership number which never repeats and only issued for each member only whatever the member is freelancer, services provider or client
5. Each paid membership freelancer may get an ITCF ID card signed and sealed with ITCF stamp against card fees that covers the courier & administration cost, validity will be upon the membership duration
6. Each paid membership services provider or client may get an ITCF certificate signed and sealed with ITCF stamp, validity will be upon the membership duration

ITCF council:
The ITCF council is the aspect that responsible to review, evaluate, verify and measure the members provided information, data & quality then approve or reject the membership to assure credibility and trustiness of the data and information of all the members and then successful output of the ITFC.
The council will undergo a periodic change according to the forum policy to inject new bloods and thoughts continuously.
Refund policy:
The ITCF requires any member (training freelancer, consultancy freelancer, training services provider, consultancy services provider, client (corporate) or individual client) to make free sign up and then this member gets the capability to make sign in temporary until ITCF council reviews and evaluates the member credibility and trustiness then approves or rejects the membership, each mentioned member is not forced to make paid membership till get acceptance and approval of the ITCF, council then can make paid membership, any paid membership is not refundable once done, and for any of the mentioned member who makes paid membership before ITCF council acceptance and approval on his/her/its membership and found by the ITCF council that this member submitted fake or unreal information consequently this member paid membership fees will not be refundable at any case.
Material upload policy:
ITCF provides the opportunity to freelancer training instructors to upload their courses materials to be available for sell on ITCF website against mutually agreed fees provided that instructor agrees prior to uploading of the following terms and conditions:

1. Instructor confirms that he/she is the creator of the material to be uploaded
2. Any copyrights or legal obligations belong to him/her only without any kind of responsibility on ITCF
3. The material mutually agreed fees between the instructor and ITCF will be split off according to a prior agreement written and signed delivered by letter sent by courier, e-mailed scanned signed a copy of the letter with bank verification of instructor signature in all cases
4. All professional information, data, calculations, designs, figures, photos, statistics, case studies, tables, recommendations any sort of knowledge are the instructor’s sole responsibility and ITCF role is only to avail the opportunity to present his/her material on ITCF website against mutually agreed fees
5. ITCF specialized committees will do their best to review and evaluate the instructor’s material to be uploaded without any responsibility shared with the instructor
6. The instructor has the right to modify, improve, update and revise the material through an arrangement with ITCF
7. The uploaded material availability duration on ITCF will be mutually agreed by ITCF and the instructor in the letter mentioned above in item (3)
8. Material pricing will be arranged with trainer/training services provider through direct communication (by e-mail only)
